How to get trough overwhelming stress

What is stress ? Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure and pressure turn into stress when you feel anable to cope . Stress happen when you try to control your life experiences. Relax and remember the only real control you have is over yourself. I had been asked from anonymous to share some tips againts studies, stress,time management and more regarding life. So, today i decide to share some tips on how i get trough my stress level. 1) Focus on what you can control 2) Accept help and comfort when it's offered 3) Get out once in awhile ( even when you feel like you can't ) 4) Eat well to keep yourself strong 5) Pause before reacting or taking action 6) Go to bed earlier 7) Reminisce about good times 8) Look for opportunities in life challenges 9) Smile 10) Make dua' to The Almighty Indeed, life becomes easier when you let go of the unneeded stress. If it's out of your control, don't let it worry you. ...

The fact of growing old

''An orphaned Iraqi boy made a drawing of his mother on the floor, and slept in her arms.'' We should always love our parents. Sometimes we're busy growing up and we often forget that they're also growing old. Don't anger your parents in order to please other people. Those other people did not spend their lives building yours. Prayer for my family, may my family be protected from harm, misfortune and sadness. May we enjoy the privilege of spending time together to share joy, celebrate happy occasions and to be there for each other when there's need for comfort . May good health prevail and may there be ever-present faith in God mercy and grace. We're too busy growing up , but we forget that they're  growing old. 5th September 2017 cilipadi writing
